Grindelwald has a lot of world-famous attractions: the Jungfraujoch - "Top of Europe", the longest glacier in the Alps, the UNESCO world heritage site "Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch" and a lot of more attractions.

The surrounding provide many possible excursions. Take the "Firstbahn" cable car from the center of Grindelwald village to the mountain station, or visit the "Kleine Scheidegg" and the Jungfraujoch - "Top of Europe" with the mountain railway.

From "Grindelwald Grund", the ground of the valley, you can take Europe's longest cable car to the ski and hiking area "Männlichen".

The Lake Thun and the Lake Brienz invite their visitors to go swimming, sunbathing or taking a boat trip during the summer season. Both lakes can be reached by car within half an hour and by public transport within 45 minutes.
