Hotel Bernerhof in Grindelwald save guest data considering the general data protection rules. We will use them only for customer service. Those data will not be transmitted to third parties.

Cancellation policy for room reservation at the Hotel Bernerhof:

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled 7 days or later from the arrival date, first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Cancellation or modification of the reservation is possible only with received booking number by phone call or e-mail to the hotel.
Please note special conditions for "non-refundable rates". These conditions are indicated in the rate window, if you will click with your mouse on the button "i".

Cancellation policy for apartment reservation at Bernerhof Residence:

Cancelation or changes prior 30 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total booking amount
Cancelation or changes later than 30 days prior to your arrival will be charged with 100% of the total booking amount
early departure during the stay: 100% of the total booking amount

We recommend that you check for separate cancellation insurance!

Payment policy for apartment reservation at Bernerhof Residence:

We will debit your credit card with 50% of the total booking amount immedeately after you have booked oone of our apartments.
We will debit your credit card automatically 30 days before arrival with the second 50% of the total booking amount.
If you book within 30 days before your arrival, we will credit you by the total amount as soon as you have received your booking confirmation.

Tourist Tax:

Please note that all prices are exclusive of the tourist tax of Grindelwald. The tourist tax is 4.70 CHF per person and per night and will be charged separately.
