Cancelation of your reservation

Dear guest,

to cancel your booking, please enter your e-mail address and booking number on this page to confirm your cancellation.

Please note that your cancellation will be executed on the basis of our general cancellation conditions:

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date will be not be charged.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total price.

Missed cancellations will be charged with the total amount. Cancellation or change of reservation is possible only on the basis of your booking number with phone or e-mail directly to our hotel.

Please note different cancellation conditions for "Non-cancellable rates". The deviating cancellation conditions are shown in the rate via "More information".

ATTENTION:
Please note that for bookings that include the period from 25 December to 07 January, different cancellation conditions apply.

For bookings that include this period, bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations received later or no-shows in case of non-arrival will be charged with the full booking price. Advance payments by credit card are not required.

Payment policy for apartment reservation at Bernerhof Residence:

We charge your credit card of the booking amount immediately after reservation. The reservation cannot be canceled.
